This year, I took a gigantic leap and started studying Midwifery at Uni. It will take me 4 years part time to complete, which looks like forever right now! I went to a residential school in February, and boy that was intense – but I loved every second of it! I know that this is where I’m meant to be, and can’t wait until a start my first placement in May. Tomorrow I go to orientation, my first glimpse into my future midwifery world!
I want to share parts of my journey with anyone who is reading this! As some things are just too amazing to be kept inside. I wear my heart on my sleeve, and I intend to keep it that way! So apologies if some of my posts get passionate – caring for women having babies is becoming such a huge part of me, and if you follow in future you’ll hear all about it 🙂 I only ask that if something strikes a nerve, or you disagree, please either ignore and move on or contact me personally.
Enjoy your day!
