All gifts will require payment cleared before it is shipped.
Credit card payments can be made via PayPal or Stripe, and you can checkout as a guest if you don’t have an account with them.
If you would prefer Bank Transfer, please be aware that the product will not be shipped until the payment clears. Depending on your bank this may take several days.
If your order is a custom one, and cost is different to the products in the store, an invoice will be emailed to you with your payment options.
We will use a courier to deliver your products to you or the gift recipient. All gifts will have “Authority to Leave” at the front door of the recipient. The courier will send confirmation of delivery via email. If you would prefer to have a “Signature on Delivery” please inform in the checkout. “Authority to Leave” gifts will not be covered by insurance, and will not replaced if the gift goes missing after confirmation of delivery has been received.
Each gift will be placed into a cardboard box with butchers paper for cushioning to ensure your gift is as safe as possible. Butchers paper is being used due to it’s ability to cushion well and also be recyclable.
However! If you are local (north Brisbane) and would prefer to pick up your gift at no extra cost, please use the code LOCALPU to get your free postage.
If incorrect address has been supplied and gift requires re delivery, a $20 fee will be incurred.
Sending to Hospitals
These days, mothers and babies are sent home relatively early after delivery, particularly in the event of an uncomplicated birth. For this reason, and the time it may take for your gift to be assembled, we strongly recommend that you have the gift sent to the recipients home or to your own. Couriers who are unable to deliver to a hospital (due to mother being discharged) will require re delivery, and this will incur a $20 fee.
As a mum of 3 myself, it’s quite tricky leaving hospital with an extra tiny human and belongings! Having gifts arrive after coming home is still a lovely way to surprise a new mum and celebrate a new baby (or two!).
This is subject to change at any time for any reason. I do not make the items of clothing myself, and as such, I can only use what is readily available so therefore I am subject to their price rises as well.
These days, most people prefer zippy bodysuits and wonder suits, and as such these are more expensive. This is why the prices are as they are, I am not out to make a fortune from you!
